Although seemingly progressive, I find it preemptive to eliminate all the tactile learning materials from a library. Welcome in the new age of technology, but don’t make it feel like a coup d’état against those who like traditional readings. Even the students don’t like how, now, they can’t annotate, feel the pages, or enjoy the company of quiet books in their cafe/library.
